I am also interested at the intersection between creativity and well-being. Previously, I co-founded The Pocket Parks Collective to humanize public space and nose hk, a city perfumery on smell and emotions.

  • A founding facilitator for Chinese-speaking graduate practice group for Interpersonal Mindfulness,

  • Completed 8-week Interpersonal Mindfulness (2017, 2021, 2023) 

  • Receiving ongoing facilitation training for Insight Dialogue (relational meditation)

農曆新年播出的Sportsoho 訪問,有關響新一年,從內到外帶來新改變。
