Breathe.

Feel the feet.

You’ve arrived.

Hi friends,

I am Maggie, and my family name “Lin” (連), means “to connect”.  I devote myself to cultivate deeper connection within oneself, with others and with the world around us through mindfulness and movement.

In 2006, my first encounter with meditation came in the form of yoga, after retiring from junior tennis representing Hong Kong. I wrote my master thesis on yoga (2009) and since received 600 hours of teacher training under Yoga Alliance. I am a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher, recognized by Mindfulness Center at Brown, having attended trainings and retreats in the U.S., Spain, Colombia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation in the UK. In recent years, the gentle yet potent practice of qigong also teaches me to embody strength in softness, respect the fluidity and seasonality of life.

I studied Journalism and Communication, and have an M.Phil. in Anthropology, both from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. My work has been featured by media such as RTHK, Creativity Is and Popbee and I am also a columnist for Sportsoho. As a lululemon ambassador (2019-2021), I was the Hong Kong representative for its Global Ambassador Summit 2020.

I offer tailor-made workshop/ training for corporates, schools, NGOs, as well as work with students one-on-one. Look forward to connecting with you!
